This is in furtherance to the disclosure filed by the Company on December 11 2025 by DIC India Limited.On 10.12.2025 Agam has served an advance copy of the petition challenging the interim award dated 20.08.2025 before the Delhi High Court.The said matter was listed before the honble high court on 17.12.2025 the Company has issued a notice upon the Company to file its reply.
