Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we enclose the following: (iv) Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results for the Second quarter and half year ended September 30 2025 along with Limited Review Report issued by statutory auditor M/s.
