This intimation is with reference to our intimation dated September 23 2025 regarding the receipt of Show Cause Notice from the Assistant Commissioner Central Goods & Service Tax Division Roorkee Uttarakhand.We wish to inform you that the Company had replied to the said SCN and after hearing the case the Company has received an order from CGST Roorkee on December 23 2025 at 3:57 p.m. (IST).

This intimation is with reference to our intimation dated June 26 2025 regarding the receipt of Show Cause Notice from the Assistant Commissioner (Anti-Evasion) of Central Goods & Service Tax Commissionerate Dehradun Uttarakhand.We wish to inform you that the Company ad replied to the said SCN and after hearing the case the Company has recieved an order from CGST Roorkee on December 23 2025 at 3:49 p.m. (IST).

Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that Crisil Ratings vide its Rating Rationale dated November 25 2025 has revised the credit rating on Companys Long Term Bank Facilities and Short Term Bank Facilities. For Long Term Rating the Revised Rating is Crisil A-/ Negative Rating Action Downgraded from Crisil A/ Negative. For Short Term Rating the Revised Rating is Crisil A2+ Rating Action Downgraded from Crisil A1.

Saki Village Kherani Road Andheri (East) Mumbai 400 072 Maharashtra (property).Further the sale of this property does not constitute as an undertaking or substantially the whole of the undertaking of the Company in terms of section 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act 2013.
