Pursuant to Reg 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories & Participants) Reg 2018 please find attached herewith the certificate received from RTA with respect to physical share certificates received for Dematerialisation

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. January 8 2026 approved the appointment of Mr. Varun Dua as an additional Director (Non- Executive Non- Independent) of the Company w.e.f. January 12 2026 subject to obtaining a valid Director Identification Number.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 please be informed that Mr. Vishal Khairari ceased to be a Director on the Board of Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) Limited from the close of business hours on December 29 2025 due to his resignation

Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct for PIT the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday 1st January 2026 onwards upto 3 days after the conclusion of Board Meeting which will be held for consideration and approval of Unaudited financial results of the Company for quarter ending 31st December 2025.

Pursuant to regulation 47 of SEBI (LODR) please find enclosed the copies of Unaudited financial result of the Company for Quarter and Half year ended 30th September 2025 published in newspapers dated 13th November 2025.
