Genesys International Corporation Limitedtors of the Company in its meeting held today, March 20, 2025 inter-alia approved the Unaudited Interim Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements for the nine months period ended December 31, 2024, along with the limited review report issued thereunder, in relation to the proposed fund raising activities including issue of equity shares through qualified institutions placement (QIP), as required under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 as amended from time to time ( ICDR Regulations ).
