Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 we hereby inform that BSE Limited vide its Notice No.20251126-15 dated November 26 2025 has granted approval for the change in the name of the Company.As per the said notice the name of the Company has been changed from Bangalore Fort Farms Limited to Grameva Limited and the revised scrip details is effective on the Exchange with effect from December 02 2025.
