We Now Wish To Inform You That National Company Law Tribunal Has Passed An Order For The Dissolution Of GOSL. Consequently GOSL Has Ceased To Exist As A Company And A Subsidiary Of GIL.

We refer to our letter dated April 30 2025 informing that the Board of GIL a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company had approved the voluntary liquaidation of GOSL a wholly owned subsidiary of GIL. We now wish to inform you that NCLT has passed an an order for dissolution of GOSL.
