this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company (Board) in its meetings held today i.e. January 1 2026 have inter alia considered and approved the following:1. Appointment of Ms. Priti Choudhary (ACS - 77913) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company (KMP) with effect from 1st January 2026.
