Pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct framed in accordance with the SEBI PIT Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for persons specified under the Code shall remain closed beginning 1 January 2026 Thursday onwards upto 48 hours after the Board Meeting which will be held for the consideration of the financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025.
