In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations it is hereby advised that in accordance with IDBI Banks Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Bank will remail closed for all Designated Persons of the Bank and their immediate relatives from January 01 2026 until 48 hours after disclosure of un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31 2025.The date of Board Meeting for consideration and the approval of un-audited Financial Results will be intimated separately.Kindly take the same on record.
