Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and further to our letter dated December 19 2025 we wish to update that the Indian Hotels Company Limited has sold today its entire shareholding of 16000400 equity shares of par value at Rs 2 each representing 25 52% of the shareholding in Taj GVK Hotels and Resorts Limited at a price of Rs 370/- per share to Ms. Shalini Bhupal.
