Initial public offering of up to 29,256,232 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each (Equity Shares) of LCC Projects Limited (Company or Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 146 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 141 per equity share) (Offer Price) aggregating up to Rs. 427.14 Crores (the Offer) comprising of a fresh issue of up to 17,671,232 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each aggregating up to Rs. 258.00 Crores (Fresh Issue) and an offer for sale of up to 11,585,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each (Offered Shares) aggregating up to Rs. 169.14 Crores comprising up to 5,792,500 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each by Arjan Rabari aggregating up to Rs. 84.57 Crores and up to 5,792,500 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each by Laljibhai Arjanbhai Ahir aggregating up to Rs. 84.57 Crores (Collectively, Selling Shareholders and such offer for sale of equity shares by the selling shareholders, the Offer for Sale).The company, in consultation with the brlm, may consider a further issue of specified securities through a preferential offer or any other method as may be permitted in accordance with applicable law to any person(s), of up to [*] equity shares for an amount aggregating up to Rs. 64.00 crores, at its discretion, prior to filing of the (Pre-ipo placement). if the pre-ipoplacement is completed, the fresh issue size will be reduced to the extent of such pre-ipo placement, subject to the offer complying with Rule 19(2)(b) of the securities contracts (Regulation) rules, 1957, as amended (scrr). prior to the completion of the offer, the company.Price Band: Rs. 139 to Rs. 146 per equity share of face value of Rs. 5 each.The floor price and the cap price are 27.80 times and 29.20 times the face value of the equity shares, respectively.
