Initial public offering of 2,09,00,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (Equity Shares) of Rajputana Stainless Limited (The Company or the Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 122.00 per equity share (Including a Securities Premium of Rs. 112.00 per Equity Share) (Offer Price) aggregating to Rs. 254.98 Crores comprising a fresh issue of 1,46,50,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 178.73 Crores by the company (Fresh Issue) and an offer for sale of 62,50,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 76.25 Crores (Offered Shares) by the promoter selling shareholder (The Selling Shareholder or Promoter Selling Shareholder), (Offer for Sale, together with the fresh issue, the Offer). The offer will constitute 25.01% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of its company. Price Band: Rs. 122 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each.The floor price is 12.20 times of the face value of the equity shares. Bids can be made for a minimum of 110 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each and in multiples of 110 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each thereafter.

Objective of issue

Funding capital expenditure requirements in relation to the setting up of the proposed facility. Full or part repayment and/or prepayment of certain outstanding borrowings availed by its Company. General corporate purposes.
