The Company at its meeting held today i.e November 14 2025 noted and approved the Companys delay in filing the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and half year ended September 30 2025. The reason for the delay is Company needs to resolve significant accounting issues in financial statement before finalizing those results and seek the Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditor of the Company.
