Kindly note that Regulations 23(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements ) Regulations 2015 regarding filing of Related Party Transaction is not applicable in the case of our company for the half year ended 30th September 2025 since the Paid -up Equity Share Capital of the Company is less than Rs. 10 crores and Net worth is than Rs. 25 crores respectively as on the last day of the previous Financial Year ended on 31st March 2025.In case of our Company the paid-up Equity Share Capital is Rs. 1 crore and Negative (-) Net Worth is Rs. 3.15 crores respectively as on the Last day of the previous Financial Year ended on 31st March 2025.
