We wish to inform you that Nutraveda PTE LTD. a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of Kerala Ayurveda Limited (the Company) has registered a wholly owned subsidiary namely Kerala Ayurveda Europe B.V. (step-down WOS) in Europe on December 17 2025.Upon registration the said company became a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Kerala Ayurveda Limited.
