Kalapana industries (India) Ltd was incorporated in September 1985. In priority the Company was engaged in the business of manufacturing of PVC & XLPE Compounds and Embroidery of Fabrics. Post Amalgamation the Company recycles plastic and manufactures plastic granules. It has 2 manufacturing units with state-of-the-art machinery infrastructure equipment and R&D facilities. With plants located at East Coast of India the Company gains advantage of low freight costs. The company chalked out an expansion project at a cost of Rs.5 crores to increase the production capacities of XLPE. This is to inform you that the Shareholders of the Company have vide Postal Ballot Notice dated 12th November 2024 approved the shifting of Registered Office of the Company from BK Market 16A Shakespeare Sarani 4th Floor Room No. 3 Kolkata - 700071 to Bhasa No. 14 P.O & P.S. Bishnupur Diamond Harbour Road South 24 Paraganas - 743503 West Bengal with effect from 14th January 2025 results whereof has been submitted to the Stock Exchanges on 13th January 2025.

Please find the attached Scrutinizers Report and Voting Results for the Postal Ballot Notice dated 12th November 2024.

The Trading Window was dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for designated persons with effect from 1st January 2025 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the company for the 3rd quarter and nine-months ending on 31st December 2024.
