We enclosed in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice dated 23rd December 2025 along with the Explanatory Statement thereto seeking approval from the Members of the Company for the Re appointment of Mr. Jay Singh Bardia as the Managing Director of the Company as set out in the said Notice.
