Consider and take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter/nine months ended 31st December 2025.2. Consider declaration of an Interim Dividend to the equity shareholders for the Financial Year 2025-2026.The Interim Dividend if declared shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the company whose name appears on the register of Members of the company or in the records of the depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Tuesday February 21 2026 which is the Record date fixed for the purpose.
