Kunststoffe Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2025 inter alia to consider and approve In compliance with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure requirement) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that 51st Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday 14th November 2025 at 12.00 noon at Kiran Building 128 Bhaudaji Road Matunga (East) Mumbai 400019 to consider approve and to take on record the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025 along with Limited Review Report and other business matters to be transacted with the permission of the chair.
