Laxmi India Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025. Further this is to inform you that pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading (A Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives) (the Code) and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will continue to remain closed till February 12 2026.
