Pursuant to the provisions of The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by designated persons and immediate relatives of designated persons (the Policy) adopted by the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company by the designated persons and their immediate relatives shall continue to remain closed from February 09 2026 until the expiry of 48 hours after the conclusion of meeting of the Business Operations Committee of the Board of Directors.
