This is in reference to the COmpanys letter dated 19.09.2025 in relation to Show Cause Notice issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to Mr. Anil Arora Ex. CFO Mr. Bharat Bhushan Mehta Ex. CFO and Mr. Ashok Kumar Shukla Company Secretary.In this regard we wish to inform you that Adjudication Officer of SEBI vide its order dated December 17 2025 has disposed of the aforesaid Show Cause Notices issued to the above-mentioned individulas without imposition of any monetary penalty by inter-alia oserving that the alleged violation is not established against the Noticees.This is for the information of the Members of the Exchange.
