In continuation to our earlier intimation dated September 26 2025 in compliance of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons including their immediate relatives and other Insiders had already been closed w.e.f. September 30 2025 and the same shall re-open on November 17 2025.
