Muzali Arts Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2025 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30 2025 along with the Auditors Limited Review Report has been adjourned due to time constraints and pending finalization.The adjourned meeting will now be held on 14th November 2025 to consider the said agenda and other matters as may be placed before the Board.
