This disclosure is in continuation of the Companys earlier intimation dated July 31 2025 regarding the setting up of new Multilayer Board Plant (Unit VI).Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of SEBI Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that the Company has commenced the process of acquiring land at Dahej Gujarat for the said project. The Company plans to acquire approximately 145 acres of land for Unit VI. The acquisition shall be undertaken in multiple tranches.We further inform that the first trench of sale deed has been executed on December 19 2025. Further developments as and when material shall be disclosed in accordance with the applicable regulations.
