The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 14/11/2025 took note of the delay in submitting the financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30/09/2025 and the disclosure to be made to BSE pursuant to SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD-1/142/2018 dated 19 November 2018 regarding disclosure of reasons for the delay in submission of financial results by listed entities.It was further informed that the Board Meeting commenced at 4:40 P.M. and ended at 5:40 P.M.
