We wish to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 14TH November 2025 has inter-alia approved/ taken on record the Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025 along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company enclosed herewith and marked as Annexure.
