In continuation of our letter dated 6th November 2025 and Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. Wednesday 12th November 2025 to Approved the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th September 2025 along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors which have been duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee.
