Considered and approved the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year Ended 30th September 2025 pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.2. Took note of Limited Review Reports issued on Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year Ended 30th September 2025 by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
