Pursuant to Reg. 30(2) of SEBI (LODR) Reg 2016 (LODR) & in accordance with the req. of Sch. III of LODR we wish to inform you the outcome of the e-voting held in 22nd SCC meting of the Co. held on 13.10. 2025 which is as follows :After the concl. of 14th round of e-auction in process of sale of the Co. on going concern basis under the applicable prov. of IBC 2016 Adani (Infra) India Ltd. had submitted its bid for acquisiton of the Co. on going concern basis and it was declared as the highest bidder. Accordingly the Liquidator of the Co. presented the e-auction results as per Liqu. Regns in the SCC meeting held on 13.10.2025. After deliberation in the meeting a resolution to approve Adani (Infra) India Ltd. as successful bidder was put ot e-vote as per Liqu. Regns. After con. of e-voting period at 5 p.m. on 18.10.2025 Adani (Infra) Ltd. has been declared as the successful bidder. Further developments will be informed in due course of the process of Liq. of Co. on going basis
