Board Meeting Outcome for Outcome Of Board Meeting And Intimation Under Regulation 30 Of The SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015

This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Thursday October 30 2025 have inter-alia; considered noted and approved the following:1. Appointment of Mr. Mohit Kothari as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with immediate effect i.e. October 30 2025. (Please refer to Annexure A for further details.)2. Issue up to 50000000 (Five Crores only) Warrants convertible into Equity Shares in one or more tranches subject to the approval of shareholders and in accordance with Chapter V the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018 as amended (the SEBI ICDR Regulations) the Companies Act 2013 and the rules made thereunder as amended and other applicable laws.
