This is to inform that the Company has received a Show Cause Notice from the GST Authority and the requisite details under the Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations are annexed.Kindly take the same on record.

SAINT-GOBAIN SEKURIT INDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/10/2024 inter alia to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2024.

Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 we enclose herewith the details of loss of share certificate.

This is to certify that the details of securities dematerialized/rematerialized during the aforesaid quarter as required under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 has been furnished to the BSE Limited where the shares of the Company are listed.

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company will remain closed for all specified persons of the Company from October 1 2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending September 30 2024 are made public.
