Pursuant to regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of Sankhya Infotech Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Company) have at their meeting held on Wednesday the 29th day of October 2025 inter alia considered and approved along with other business items the following:1. Shifting of the Registered office of the Company within the local limits of the city from its existing address at H.No. 1-112/63 2nd Floor W.S. Colony Near KIMS Hospital Kondapur Hyderabad Telangana - 500049 to the new address at Unit 101 Monya Exotica 514 Kakateeya Hills Madhapur Hyderabad Telangana - 500081 with immediate effect.
