Purstant to the announcement made on August 04 2025 regarding the approval letter received for the in-principal full and final settlement of the debf facilities from the ARC the Company has now discharged and settled the entire outstanding debt including the debt outstanding of its two wholly owned subsidiaries with ARC. The last payment due for one of the sunbsidiary has also been paid and closed today. The Company and its wholly owned subsidiaries has also received the no dues certificates.With this settlement of debt with the three entities the Companys standalone as well as consolidated debt has been significantly reduced.
