Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2025 along with Limited Review Report thereon under Regulations 33(3)(d) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.2. Acceptance the resignation of Mr. Ankit Bisht Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f 15th November 2025.
