Shah Metacorp Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/12/2025 inter alia to consider and approve The adjourned meeting will now be held on Monday December 29 2025 to consider the agenda items as previously communicated in our intimation dated December 20 2025.

This is to inform you that as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading we would like to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relative(s) with effect from Monday December 22 2025 till Forty- Eight (48) hours after the declaration of financial results of the company for the quarter and Nine month ending on December 31 2025.The date of Board meeting of the Company for consideration and declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and Nine months ended December 31 2025 will be intimated in the due Course.

Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday December 24 2025 inter-alia to consider and approve the proposal of fund raising by way of issuance of equity shares or any other permissible securities of the Company through a rights issue and/or any other permissible mode as may be permitted under applicable laws subject to such regulatory / statutory approvals as may be required.Further as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company continues to remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine-Months ending on 31st December 2025.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI Listing Regulations) (as amended) read with Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that Company has received Listing approval from BSE Limited vide their letter bearing No. LOD/PREF/VD/FIP/1182/2025-26 on dated 14.11.2025 and from National Stock exchange Limited vide letter bearing No. NSE/LIST/49685 on dated 01.12.2025 for the allotment of total Listing of 66500000 equity shares of Re. 1/· each issued at a premium of Rs. 3.71/· issued to Non-Promoters on preferential basis and Listing of 189332190 equity shares of Re. 1/· each issued at a premium of Rs. 3.71/-issued to Promoters and Non-promoter on Preferential basis pursuant to share swap.The Listing Approval Letters from BSE and NSE are enclosed with this letter for your kind perusal and record.Kindly take the same on records.
