Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we here by enclose the postal ballot notice dated 25th November 2025 for seeking approval of the shareholders of the Company for change of the name of the Company i.e from Som Datt Finance Corporation LImited to Crescentis Capital Limited and approve the SDFL ESOS Scheme 2025 for eligible employees of the Company.
