Unaudited Financial Results for quarter and half year ended 30.09.2025. Copy of the same along with Limited Review Report is attached herewith. 2. Change in Designation of Mr. N Rajender Prasad from Joint Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer to Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer for the remainder of his tenure till 09.08.2028 on existing/same terms subject to approval of the members.
