Spicejet Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday February 12 2026 inter-alia to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the third quarter ended December 31 2025.Further pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results i.e. till February 14 2026 (end of the day).
