In continuation to disclosure dated February 28 2025 wherein The High Court of Delhi at New Delhi directed the respondent not to give effect to the Impugned order till the next date of hearing i.e. 08-04-2025 we wish to inform the following-The Matter is now listed to 31-10-2025

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) regulations 2015 and code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading it is notified that the closure of Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the company for all promoters Promoter Groups KMPs and Designated Persons/insiders and their immediate relatives shall commence from Tuesday 1st April 2025 keeping in view approval of Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March 2025Further the Closure of Trading Window will continue upto 48 hours after the date of approval of the aforesaid financial results by the Board of Directors of the company.

In continuation of our disclosure dated December 10 2024 regarding the order issued by the Regional Director Northern Region Ministry of Corporate Affairs Delhi directing a change in name of the company we wish to inform the following-The company has filed writ petition before Honble High Court of Delhi on February 19 2025 challenging the said order.
