Mr. Vipul Bhavsar who was appointed as an interim CFO is relieved from the responsibilities of interim CFO of the Company with immediate effect subsequent to the appointment and assumption of charge by Mr. Amrutiya as CFO. Mr. Bhavsar will continue in his role as Sr. Manager Finance of the Company.
