Un- audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th September 2025 which are enclosed herewith the limited review Report issued by R.C. Agarwal & Company Chartered Accountants the Statutory Auditors of the Company. 2. Undertaking for Non-Applicability of Regulation 32 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations. 2015. The above Financial Results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee in its meeting held today i.e. Tuesday 12th August and approved by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on the same day
