Tainwala Chemical and Plastic (I) Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Report on Re-Lodgment of Transfer Requests of Physical Shares received from the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company for the month ended December 31, 2025''.

In compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (DP) Regulations 2018 we furnish herewith the Certificate dated 6th January 2026 issued by MUFG Intime India Private Limited (Formerly Link Intime India Private Limited) the RTA of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2025.

Pursuant to Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report in Trading in Securities by Insiders of the Company Provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 and further to NSE Letters/BSE Circulars The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all Insiders Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) will remain closed from Thursday 1st January 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025.
