With reference to the captioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 08th February 2025 inter-alia has considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024 in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and also considered the Limited Review Report(s) received from M/s Sunil Poddar & Co.
