Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that as part of real estate investment strategy Avvashya Inland Park Private Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has sold land situated at Village Kandhroli Tarfe Vankhal and Wavandhal Taluka Khalapur District Raigad for a total consideration of ?140748600. Further to inform you that the buyer is not a Related Party of the Company and Avvashya in terms of Section 2(76) of the Companies Act 2013 Regulation 2(1)(zb) of SEBI Listing Regulations and the applicable Accounting Standards. The buyer also does not form part of the Promoter Promoter Group or Group Companies of the Company. The Board of Directors at its meeting held on Tuesday November 11 2025 has taken note of the aforementioned transaction.Kindly take the same on your records.
