Pursuant to the Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall be closed from Thursday 25th December 2025 and the same shall open after 48 hours from the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December 2025.
