Pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and SEBI (PIT) Reg 2015 we hereby inform that the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Person and their immediate relatives from 1st January 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine month ended 31st December 2025.The date of the Board Meeting to consider the above Financial Results would be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.

In terms of Reg 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Reg. 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company has approved the Promotion of Smt. Aparajita Ghosh from General Manager (Finance) to Chief General Manager (Finance) and consequent change in the Senior Management of the company w.e.f. 18 Nov 2025. This promotion order was issued by the Competent Authority of the Company on 22 Nov 2025 (AN).The brief profile of Smt. Aparajita Ghosh Chief General Manager (Finance) is enclosed.

In terms of Reg 30 and applicable provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Reg 2015 we wish to inform you that the GRSE has entered a MoU with Andhra Pradesh Maritime Board Govt. of Andhra Pradesh for the Mutual Cooperation to facilitate the Project (Setting up of a Green Field Shipyard) in the state of Andhra Pradesh on 14 Nov 2025.The Aforesaid MoU is Non Binding in Nature.
