The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company via Circular Resolution dated December 22 2025 has approved the grant of 120000 Employees Stock Appreciation Rights (ESARs) to the eligible employees of the Company under its VIP Employees Stock Appreciation Rights Plan 2018.
