Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with Schedule III thereof we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of Ventive Hospitality Limited at its meeting held on December 23 2025 approved the issuance of a corporate guarantee in favour of ICICI Bank Limited to secure the credit facilities to be availed by Kudakurathu Island Resorts Private Limited a subsidiary of the Company.
